Bookings

By booking a service with HyperGlow Fine Auto Valeting, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

HyperGlow reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where the service requested is unsuitable or cannot be carried out safely.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are starting prices.

Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition and level of contamination of the vehicle.

Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

Vehicle Condition

Please provide an accurate description of your vehicle when booking.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, staining, mould, biohazards or other heavy contamination may require additional time and incur an additional charge.

Maintenance Valet Eligibility

Maintenance Valets are available only to vehicles that have received a Full Valet from HyperGlow within the previous 6 weeks.

HyperGlow reserves the right to recommend a Full Valet instead if the vehicle condition requires it.

Access Requirements

Customers must provide:

  • Safe access to the vehicle

  • Access to a standard water supply

  • Access to a standard electrical outlet

If these requirements cannot be met, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Weather Conditions

HyperGlow operates in most weather conditions.

However, severe weather, high winds, heavy rain, snow or freezing conditions may require appointments to be postponed or rearranged for safety and quality reasons.

Payments

A £20 booking deposit is required to secure an appointment. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service.

Payment can be made securely on-site using debit card, credit card, contactless payment or Apple Pay.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify HyperGlow as soon as possible and within 24 hours of the appointment so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.

Liability

HyperGlow will exercise reasonable care while carrying out services.

Existing damage, scratches, stone chips, worn paintwork, fragile trim, faulty components or pre-existing defects cannot be accepted as the responsibility of HyperGlow.

Any concerns identified before work begins will be discussed with the customer where possible.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
