Light rain is often manageable, but more severe weather may require appointments to be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons.

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection of the vehicle's condition.

Vehicles with excessive mud, pet hair, stains, mould, sand or other heavy contamination may require additional time and incur an additional charge. This will always be discussed before work begins.

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay where supported. A booking deposit is paid online when you make your appointment, and the remaining balance can be paid securely on-site upon completion of the service.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking time. Deposits may not be refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

No. As long as we have access to the vehicle, water and electricity, you don't need to remain with the vehicle while the valet is carried out.
